The next Performance Measurement and Budgeting Class will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 15, and 29, 2014, location to be determined. The class is scheduled to help you develop performance measures and integrate the measures into your budget. This class will focus on the understanding and developing performance measures, writing goal statements that integrate measurement to track the accomplishment of goals, changing your line item budget to a program budget populated with performance information, and creating a results/outcome based performance management concept. This class is limited to the first 20 registrations.
